CALIX // It's a Blast
–Keeping Families Connected–
Several months into a pandemic, so many aspects of our shared experience depends on one thing: good wi-fi. Calix helps internet providers and cable companies deliver their services, offering everything from marketing kits to analytics support. Building on our relationship with Decision Counsel from our shoot earlier this year, we captured some lifestyle content for an upcoming campaign that features their BLAST products—flexible wi-fi systems for a wide range of homes and devices.
This was one of our first interior shoots during COVID, shot in Atlanta. We worked with professional talent that were already part of families or pods, which means that the experiences we’re portraying are part of their real lives together at home. That added an extra layer of authenticity to our shots—and helped keep everyone safe.
From travel to health protocols, taking photos in the current moment requires a lot of preparation. With this shoot, all of our planning set the stage for moments of genuine joy between loved ones, which was a lot of fun to capture. We love knowing that our work is supporting Calix’s thriving business—and the connection that it makes possible.
