the perfect gig
After an unfulfilling sales job out of college, Tanika McCulloch took a temporary gig in a human resources department. Two weeks later, the company hired and promoted her. Now she’s the VP of Human Resources at Waste Industries, a growing company at the top of its industry. Tanika helps it run smoothly, keeping employees happy and loving every minute of it. This joy made our job pretty easy, too.
