Our State Magazine August 2014 edition, currently on newsstands, features my photography of Stokes County, NC. Just as with advertising projects, a lot of photos shot for editorial features never make it to print. This month my featured work is a selection of my favorite moments that didn’t make the editor’s cut. This is dedicated to all of the people that graciously hosted, guided, and accompanied me from dawn to well after dusk, over several days, to capture the people, places and stories of Stokes County.
