ICELAND
I’m thrilled to be traveling unexpectedly to Iceland today! In 2011, I traveled in September, but this year traveling so close to the solstice means days in which the sun sneaks below the horizon for barely a couple hours a night. Below are images from my 2011 trip to the southern half of the island. I look forward to exploring the northern terrains over the next couple of weeks and capturing even more of Iceland’s natural beauty!
