Mercedes-Benz’s reputation for excellent service relies on a crew of experienced, customer-focused technicians. With specialties in collision repair, parts, and regularly scheduled maintenance, they’re constantly building their skills to keep that Benz humming. To give would-be customers a feel for their work, we captured images of real-life Mercedes-Benz technicians, trained for both commercial fleets and consumer vehicles, on a multi-day shoot in Atlanta.

Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts, built for precision by the company and backed by warranty, ensure the consistent performance that customers expect. StarParts—after-market parts that are designed, approved, and sold by Mercedes—offer another option for vehicles once they hit the five-year mark. Because these specialty parts require specific knowledge, it takes work to be an official Independent Service Provider (ISP). Mechanic shops go through ISP training and certification to make sure that their practices are up to par. Throughout our time on set, we focused on highlighting the expertise and care that each service professional brings to the table.

After shooting and hanging out on set with the techs in the service garage for a few days, we definitely bonded over our shared love of kitted-out cargo vans—and, with our increased expertise, the NWP team actually invested in a Mercedes Metris at the end of last year! We’re excited to haul our gear around in style in 2021.
